In order to comply with the NESA Constitution requirement of a minimum 30 days notice for club elections, our annual meeting will be conducted online on Saturday, January 30th, at 9:30 am.
Watch for an additional email with more details and nominees for club officers and directors.
NESA will host its annual meeting and officer elections via an online teleconference on Saturday, January 16th at 9:30 am.
An invitation with a link to the meeting as well as a Survs questionnaire/ballot will be sent to you shortly.

Firstly – Happy holidays to all our members and soaring friends.
Given the current situation we won’t be hosting our annual January holiday dinner get together and annual meeting in person this year.
That said, we are still required to hold an annual membership meeting to take care of business – officer elections, review of 2020 activities and financial results etc. There are also several soaring achievements and milestones to be recognized and of course the annual club awards to be announced.
So, the show (or or rather meeting) will go-on, but will be hosted on-line this year. Please keep an eye open for an announcement and invite details to be sent out sometime before the end of the year and plan to join us on-line early next year for the 2021 annual membership meeting.
Here’s hoping the COVID vaccinations pan-out well and that 2021 brings a much more normal and active season.
